Our Projects

Competitiveness in innovative transitions is the key to thriving in a rapidly evolving business landscape. We successfully completed so many complex projects, mostly the largest in the history of domestic oil and petrochemicals industry, with an investment of 5 trillion, and started commercial operations since in August, 2002. We are expanding our business operations so that it will have the ability to produce high-value-added high-tech materials that can be applied to automobiles, home appliances, information technology(IT) and biotechnology(BT). This will be the cornerstone of becoming 'The Most Competitive, Creative and Clean Energy & Chemical Company'.

Modernization of Deep Oil Refining Complex

The construction of a deep refining complex is conducted within the framework of implementation of the measures, envisaged by the State Program for Industrial-Innovative Development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014, approved Technical Regulation on the requirements for emissions of harmful substances of vehicles, produced into circulation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the passport of production, which was granted on 30 May 2012, the Joint Stock Company "Caspiy Neft"’s primary operation is oil refining with a fuel option. The company’s installed capacity for oil refining, after modernisation and renovation, is 4,906 million tons per year. The loading of raw materials and assortment, as well as processed oil, impact the performance of each unit.

Price level of the Joint Stock Company "Caspiy Neft" for refining of crude oil was approved in the amount of 11 807.6 tenge per 1 ton (without VAT 12%) from 1 January 2013 in accordance with the Board of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation of the natural monopolies decision dated December 27, 2012 No48.
