Due to the modernisation project, an isomerization unit, a naphtha splitter, and a complex of sulfur production units were constructed and put into service in December 2017. 12 new off-site facilities were established to ensure the regular running of the constructed and operational units.
Additionally, the delayed coking unit as well as the primary and deep oil refining production facilities that were already in place were rebuilt. All of these actions ensured that motor fuels of class K-4, including diesel, motor gasoline grades AI-92, AI-95, and AI-98, and jet fuel grade RT, were produced in conformity with TR CU 013/2011, the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. The company has a well-developed general plant economy, including parks for raw material and commodity storage, liquefied gas storage, and overpasses for rail and road loading and unloading of oil products.
The plant has an active social policy in place, and all the conditions are in place for the employees’ job, lives, and health to improve.
